Shipping policy
Last Updated: 20 October 2026
At CUERI, we aim to make every delivery straightforward, reliable and transparent. This policy explains how orders placed through cueri.care are processed, shipped and delivered.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch confirmed orders within 2 working days.
Processing may take longer during product launches, promotional periods, high order volumes or other exceptional circumstances.
Please note that processing and dispatch timelines are separate from the time required for delivery.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on your location, courier service availability and local delivery conditions.
While we work with established logistics partners to deliver orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to weather, transportation disruptions, regional restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact our support team so we can investigate and assist you.
3. Delivery & Acceptance
Please ensure that your delivery address, PIN code and contact information are accurate when placing an order.
Our courier partner may request a signature, delivery confirmation or other verification before handing over your package.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered, it is important to notify us promptly if you have not received it or believe it was delivered incorrectly.
We will review reported delivery issues with our logistics partner and assist with an appropriate resolution, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
4. Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments
A shipment may be returned to CUERI if delivery cannot be completed due to:
-
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
-
An unreachable contact number
-
Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
-
Refusal to accept the shipment
Where a refund is applicable, it will be initiated after the returned shipment has been received and reviewed by our team.
Any applicable shipping, return logistics or handling deductions will be communicated in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
5. Damaged, Leaking or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete or contains an incorrect product, please contact us preferably on the day of delivery.
Email info@cueri.in with:
-
Your order number
-
A brief description of the issue
-
Clear photographs of the product and outer packaging
Prompt reporting helps us investigate delivery issues with our logistics partners and resolve them more efficiently.
All reported issues will be reviewed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection requirements.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the contact details provided at checkout.
You can use the tracking link to follow your shipment's progress.
