This website, cueri.care, is operated by AHUSAI CARE SCIENCES LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated in India.

These Terms of Service govern your access to our website and purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced herein, subject to applicable law.

1. Products & Availability

CUERI offers cosmetic, skincare, scalp care and hair care products.

Product descriptions, prices, ingredients, usage instructions and availability are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date. However, product packaging, appearance and specifications may occasionally differ from website images or descriptions.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors and to limit, decline or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product unavailability.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by CUERI, the amount collected for the cancelled items will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through authorised payment service providers using the payment methods available at checkout, including supported UPI, credit cards, debit cards and net banking.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and serviceable locations, subject to a ₹79 handling fee per shipment.

CUERI offers free standard shipping on prepaid orders placed through our website.

All applicable charges are displayed at checkout before an order is confirmed.

3. Orders & Cancellations

An order is confirmed once CUERI accepts it and issues an order confirmation.

Customers may request cancellation or modification before dispatch by contacting info@cueri.in with their order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible, subject to applicable consumer rights.

CUERI reserves the right to cancel or decline orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraudulent transactions, incorrect order information or product unavailability.

4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, CUERI does not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

This does not affect customers' rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise nonconforming products under applicable law.

CUERI products are intended for cosmetic and personal care use in accordance with the instructions provided on the product packaging and website.

Individual experiences and results may vary depending on factors such as skin or scalp condition, hair characteristics, environmental exposure and product usage.

Where such events affect an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and determine an appropriate resolution.

Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised date.

Where required by applicable law, additional notice will be provided.

Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights or remedies relating to orders already placed.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts and authorities under applicable law.

We aim to acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours of receipt and resolve them within one month, in accordance with applicable Indian e-commerce regulations.

Nothing in these Terms limits customers' rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

17. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the agreement governing the use of CUERI's website and services, subject to applicable law.

Assignment: CUERI may transfer its rights and obligations where permitted by law. Such transfer shall not reduce customers' statutory rights.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in the future.
